January 2026 Website Release Notes

What’s New in RPR?

You asked, and we listened! Based on REALTOR® feedback, residential property-specific reports now include an option to choose which area (ZIP, city, neighborhood or census tract) surrounding the property to showcase in your report. We’ve also added a new, concise Property report template similar to the legacy Mini Property Report. In addition, new section highlights in the Report Editor make customizing reports easier than ever. Read on to learn more about everything included in this release!

New! Property Template

Introducing our new Property Template, a concise 14-page overview designed to showcase key facts, Market Trends, and neighborhood housing statistics. Gain quick insights into value, activity, and local market conditions. Click the Create Report button on any residential Property Information page and select Property Template.

Report Area – More than a ZIP Code

Choose the geography for your Buyer, Seller, Property, or CMA report, and the system will dynamically refresh charts and data based on the selected Report Area. Display information for more granular areas, such as macro, intermediate, or minor neighborhoods, or for broader geographies like a ZIP code or city.

When customizing your report in the Report Editor, the default Report Area is the Subject Property’s ZIP code.

To change it, click the Location tab, go to the Report Area section, choose an available area, and select Save Changes.

Report Editor – Section Highlights

We’ve streamlined the process of customizing reports. When you open a section in the Customize menu, all its elements are grouped within a blue border, making it easier to see what’s included in that section.

As you scroll through the Report Preview, the corresponding section in the Customize menu is highlighted with a blue border, helping you quickly identify which menu elements match the page you’re viewing.

Report Editor – Personalize Your Report

The number of characters in the Personalize Your Report section on the Cover Page has increased to 500.

Seller's Net Sheet Improvement

Changes to the Seller’s Net Sheet will automatically save, eliminating an extra “Save” step.

Sliding Scale Display Options

The sliding scale used to make adjustments in Step 3 of a CMA can now be added or removed from the Buyer, Seller, Property, or CMA reports. The element is in the CMA section under the Comp Property Adjustments sub-element and is named Comp Rating, The default setting is unchecked so that the slider is not included.

Report Page Numbers

Page numbers and total pages in the report have been added to all templates and reports. They will display as, for example, "Page Number 1 of 19".

My Reports and Templates Pages

List view is now the default when you arrive on the My Reports and Templates pages. You can still toggle between List and Grid views, and the system will remember your most recent selection.

List view displays additional details not shown in Grid view, including the number of pages, last edited date, report type, and Residential or Commercial tags.

New Report Elements

We have updated the report elements offered in the Neighborhood section of the Buyer, Seller, and Property report templates.
