What’s New in RPR?
Access to valuable NAR Metro Market Statistics has been added to the Market Trends page and we have added a new Market Trends report template to our Next Gen Reports series. Improvements have also been made to the CMA and the Report Editor. Read on to learn more!

NAR Metro Market Statistics
Our Market Trends page now offers a link to the NAR Metro Market Statistics dashboard on the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) website.
NAR Metro Market Statistics dashboard delivers data visualizations of the most recent housing, demographic, economic, and affordability statistics, along with scenario analyses for metro areas nationwide.
First, click the View Statistics button on the RPR Market Trends page, then click the Leave button in the “You are about leave RPR..” box, and enter your M1 ID (NAR ID) and password to access the dashboard.
The landing page provides instructions for using the dashboard.
New! – Market Trends Template
Our new Market Trends report template gives you a quick and easy way to showcase our renowned Market Trends data in a dedicated report format. To access, click the Create Report button on the Market Trends page, Search Results, Property Details, the Map, or Neighborhood pages.

CMA – Comp Property Adjustments
Each property in the side-by-side comparison on the Comp Property Adjustments page will now be displayed on a single page (unless you add notes in Step 3 of the CMA). To do so, we have reduced the number of rows in the Description to eight. The number of properties per page remains the same, subject property, and three comps.

Collapsible Sidebar
We have added the ability to collapse (and expand) the sidebars on the My Reports and Templates pages.
Report Editor – Refined Value
An “Edit Refined Value” link has been added to the Refined Value section of the Buyer, Seller, and CMA report templates, so you can access the Refined Value Tool while customizing your report.
Report Title - Did you know?
You can enter a Title for your report, or you can click the Continue button to use the same name as the template you chose.
Company Pages
A Custom Page uploaded by your Broker for you to use in your reports is now labeled “Broker Page” in the Report Editor to differentiate it from Custom Pages you have uploaded.

Legacy Reports
Access to Legacy Reports has been removed. Click this button to learn how to create a Next Gen Report.
