What’s New in RPR?

Manage Custom Pages

To help you manage custom pages in your reports, company submitted pages are now labeled Company Page in the Report Editor to distinguish them from pages you upload, which are labeled Custom Page.

To add or remove a custom page, click the downward arrow next to the page in the Customize menu and select Manage Custom Pages.

From there, you can select or deselect your uploaded pages, company submitted pages, or upload new ones.

Custom pages can be reordered in the Customize menu by clicking and dragging the six dot handle to the desired position.

Points of Interest (POIs)

This release includes the quarterly update of our Points of Interest data provided by Precisely. RPR offers more than 28 million POIs to help you research nearby businesses and amenities and find the perfect home or business location for your clients.

School Data

The quarterly refresh of school data, provided by Niche, includes updates to school ratings and community reviews.

Refine Value by Adjusting Basic Facts

This release includes the semiannual refresh of the data used in the Refine Value by Adjusting Basic Facts section of the Refine Value page. These calculations support value adjustments when updating beds, baths, and other key property details. The data, provided by Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) , is updated twice per year.

Commercial Tenant Data

Commercial tenant data has been updated with the latest information from SMR Research. Tenant details are available on Commercial Property Details pages, can be edited to add or update tenants, and may be printed as a one page report or included in a Commercial Property Report. Tenant data is refreshed quarterly.
