What’s New in RPR?

We have made some navigational changes to the website as we wrap up our Beta report phase and move to our new report creation system-Next Gen Reports. We also added a new commercial template, and new report elements and features. Read on to learn about these enhancements and more!

Reports Tab

We have redesigned the Reports tab menu to make creating and accessing reports and report templates effortless. Hover over the bubbles in the screenshot below to learn more.

Create Report Menu

We have reorganized the Create Report button menu so you can easily choose an RPR report template or access your custom templates (My Templates).

Report Templates: This section is a list of RPR report templates based on your workflow and location on the site

Report Template Libraries: The links in this section direct you to our Templates page, which contains all RPR report templates and your custom saved templates.

Comp Photos 

You asked and we delivered! You can now include comp listing photos in your CMA or Advanced CMA, which can be displayed in a CMA, Seller, or Buyer report.

If this option is selected when customizing your report, the first 24 listing photos will be included after each comp’s Property Details in your report. In the Customize menu, go to the CMA section and find Comp Property Details, then select both Property Details and Photos (Property Details must be chosen to include Photos). This enhancement has been a highly requested feature from our members.

Template Preview Link

A Preview link has been added to the Templates page, enabling you to review the contents of an RPR report template before selecting one to use. 

New Report Elements 

We have added a few new report elements to our Next Gen Reports.
