Performance
Our team continues to make performance improvements and optimizations to provide you with the best RPR experience. We have increased speed, tweaked elements, fixed bugs, and updated data.
Points of Interest (POIs) now Alphabetical
Points of Interest (POIs) are now listed in alphabetical order. This makes POIs easier to find and streamlines the selection process.
Our Points of Interest (POIs) map feature allows you to research neighborhood amenities and businesses when working with both residential buyers and commercial investors.
Select the POI button from the map tools menu, then choose from community and business POIs such as parks, grocery stores, shopping, daycares, hospitals, restaurants, and more. Interactive map pins will display on the map that you can click to see each POI’s business name, address, number of employees, sales volume, industry, and building square footage.
School Data
The quarterly refresh of school data, provided by Niche, includes updates to school ratings and community reviews.
Tenant Data
This release updates tenant data for commercial properties to the latest information from SMR Research. Tenant data is displayed on commercial Property Details pages and can be included in Commercial Property Reports.
