What’s New in RPR?

Our Seller’s Net Sheet can now be shared directly from the entry form and the Tenant Data Report (commercial) from the Property Details page. We have also refreshed data, improved performance, and fixed a few bugs.

Seller’s Net Sheet

Our Seller’s Net Sheet can be shared with your client directly from the entry form to help optimize your time. Go to the Pricing Tools section of any residential property, find the Seller’s Net Value box, and click Create Seller’s Net Sheet.

Next, fill in any applicable fields. Some fields will auto-populate, but they can also be changed.

Select a loan record, or manually enter one.

When finished, click the Save button, then click the Share or Download button.

Next Gen Reports

The Seller’s Net Sheet can still be included in your reports. Tap the Save button and add it when customizing your report.

Tenant Data Report (Commercial)

Our Tenant Data Report can now be shared directly from the Property Details page of a commercial property. Scroll to the Tenants section and click the Share or Download button.

Data Updates

  • Refine Value by Adjusting Basic Facts: Coefficients used in the “Refine Value by Adjusting Basic Facts” section on the Refine Value page have been improved and refreshed. These multi-factor calculations support fine-tuning of estimated values based on changes to beds, baths, and other basic property information and vary by ZIP code. The coefficients, provided by ICE, are refreshed twice per year. Learn More >

  • Geographic Boundaries: We have updated the residential, neighborhood, and ZIP Code boundaries used on maps and in searches. This data is provided by Precisely and is updated quarterly. Learn More >

  • POIs (Points of Interest): This release includes the update of over 28 million businesses and community POIs such as parks and golf courses, grocery stores and retail shopping, daycares and schools, hospitals and medical offices, restaurants and entertainment, and more. This data is provided by Precisely and is updated quarterly.  Learn More >

Future Release

Legacy reports will retire November 2025. If you haven’t tried our new Next Gen Report system, now is the time to get started! Next Gen Reports offer everything you have asked for—reusable templates, easy customization with real-time report preview, automatic data updates, and more!
