What is the Seller Template?

Coming Soon!

Templates are reusable formats used to create our Next Generation Reports. They are a starting point that lets you create and share custom-built reports made to fit each client.

The Seller Template is designed to inform prospective sellers by providing detailed information about a property’s value and the surrounding market conditions. This template can also be used for prospecting potential clients.

The Seller Template includes:

  • Property Information

  • Refined Value

  • Market Trends

  • Flood Zones

  • CMA (Comparative Market Analysis)

  • Recommended Pricing Strategy

You can access the Seller Template from the Property Details page, Reports tab, Templates page (new), or the legacy Report generation page.
