Ohan Antebian is tasked with working with the MLSs, Associations and Brokers to communicate the value of RPR within our industry. Ohan has vast knowledge and experience in the online marketing and technology areas. As Regional Vice President of Fidelity National Real Estate Solutions, (which later became LPS), Ohan contributed greatly to the success of Cyberhomes.com by collaborating closely with MLSs and Associations. Prior to LPS, Ohan was a Major Account Director for REALTOR.com®, where he successfully advised, coached and helped many top Brokers and their agents with internet marketing and client management strategies. Ohan holds a BA in International Business from Temple University.

Laurie Ganz has been with the Vail Board of Realtors since 2006, where she was the Association Executive. Laurie has great experience in conversions and implementations in her capacity at VBR, most recently converting MLS systems, AMS systems and upgrading the VBR lockbox system. Prior to working with the Realtor family, Laurie worked for 10 years in the corporate meeting planning arena. Laurie holds a BS in Communications from St. Cloud State University.

Andrea joined RPR in June, 2011 with over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. She started her career with Multi-List/McGraw-Hill as an MLS Account Rep and continued to expand her experience to include Implementation Project management and Regional and National Client Services positions where she also established the first, national Support Desk for turn-key MLS clients with REDI/Multi-List. She then worked as Regional V.P. with Real-Comp, a Texas-based provider of public record data solutions to the real e state and property casualty insurance industries in the mid-90’s. Since then Andrea has held management positions with several national MLS vendors, including Interealty and First American/MarketLinx.
Andrea holds a B.S. in Journalism/Advertising from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and though she misses the Colorado Rockies, she had made Texas her home for many years. And, yes – “ya’ll” is part of her vocabulary!

Justus came to RPR from the Fresno Association of REALTORS®where he served as the MLS Operations Manager since 2006. From 2003 to 2006, prior to working at the Fresno Association of REALTORS® he was a REALTOR® with his family’s brokerage. Justus brings to RPR a deep knowledge of Association operations, and MLS data. As an experienced trainer he created courses on products and applications utilized by REALTORS® on a daily basis including MLS systems, tax systems, Gmail, iPhone, iPad, and Android devices. At RPR Justus is responsible for communication and collaboration with Local and State Associations, and Multiple Listing Services in Alaska, California, Hawaii, Oregon, and Washington.

Graduating with a B.S. in Accounting Mr. Wright’s first employment was writing technical manuals and conducting training for an asset/liability-software company. Helping Banks, Credit Unions and S&L make better business decisions through close analysis of their assets and liabilities. Never having left the arena of training technical programs Wright Computer Group, LLC (WCG) was formed in 1996. WCG has always focused on training and consulting in the real estate industry. Mr. Wright’s focus has remained on helping agents move their business to the next level through a core understanding of their industry and effectively applying automation. In 2002 Mr. Wright launched the nationally recognized business planning tool CreateAPlan. CreateAPlan allowed commissioned professionals to design a business plan focusing on the costs and activities associated with meeting a specific income goal. This tool was accepted by CRS and awarded the Quality Tested Certificate. CreateAPlan is used by thousands of real estate professionals, in 2005 was acquired by RealtyU, Inc.

Ron France grew up around the real estate industry and was an active member of his family owned commercial realty company based in Syracuse NY. In 1997 Ron joined Realtor.com where along with the MLS and Industry Relations group, he helped roll out the official website of the National Association of Realtors. He later became the North East Director of sales and a Major Accounts Director for Move Inc. Following Realtor.com Ron worked for the upstate NY brokerage Realty USA as their Eastern Regional Manager. In 2007 Ron joined Cyberhomes.com as part of their Industry Relations team.

Ernie Bottom entered the Real Estate industry in 1987 when he joined The Enterprise. Based in Milwaukee, WI, The Enterprise developed products such as Television Home Shows, Property Hotline Systems, Greeting Card Follow-Up Programs, Broker Web Sites and Agent Marketing Videos. After the Enterprise was acquired by HomeStore, Ernie put his industry knowledge to work as a sales engineer for the national account and large broker division. Most recently Ernie worked at Fidelity National Financial’s Cyberhomes.com, helping bring the site to the forefront of listing aggregation and property valuations. Currently, Ernie for the NAR’s Realtors Property Resource where he is the Manager of Industry Relations for the eastern half of the United State. In his more than 20 years in the industry, Ernie has had the privilege to work with many of the top brokers, marketing directors, IT managers and Realtor Associations in the nation.

Kristen has been in the real estate industry for almost 15 years, and was one of the first 30 employees at MRIS. Kristen stayed at MRIS for 5 years before moving to Regional MLS in Florida. At RMLS she focused on the business side of MLS, reviewing data licensing agreements, working closely with vendors and subscribers. She was at RMLS during the REBIG years and learned so much from that time. A little over two years ago Kristen took a position at Bridge Interactive Group. At Bridge she was able to see things from a vendor perspective, get a taste for something completely new to me. Again, another tremendous opportunity for personal growth.

In 1993 Veronica started her real estate industry career in sales. She quickly achieved award level success by building strong relationships that resulted in 95% of her business being composed of repeat and referral clients and customers. Transitioning to the role of real estate educator she was the education director for a multi office RE/MAX franchise, program presenter for the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, Continuing Education instructor and trainer for her local association. Her affiliation with Women’s Council has seen her rise from the ranks of local chapter president to national presenter and committee leadership. She has held officer positions in her local REALTOR® board, fostering an environment of collaboration in which association members form, build and maximize relationships for business and personal success. Along the way, she has been part of the management team for several political election campaigns. This “in the trenches” perspective of real estate practitioner, the skill and talent to give audiences an “Aha” moment when explaining a value proposition and the ability to achieve success through positive, productive relationships brings a tremendous benefit to her RPR clients.

Lee’s marketing career within the real estate industry began in 2003 when he joined The Enterprise, based in Milwaukee, WI. He was the voice on numerous Television Home Shows and Property Hotline Systems across the country. The Enterprise was acquired by Homestore, Inc. (now MOVE, Inc.), and Lee became a Regional, then National Account Director for REALTOR.com., one of several companies owned by MOVE. He enjoyed an 8-year relationship with REALTOR.com before joining RPR in the summer of 2011. Lee combines experiences in both broadcasting and higher education to bring an effective means of messaging the value of RPR through media and instructing REALTORS on the value and use of the RPR valuation system. He earned degrees in communications and hold an M.A. from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI.
