This release consists of data updates and new data, to provide REALTORS® with the information they need to help their clients and close more deals. Keep an eye on RPR for BIG changes that will begin to roll out in 2021!
Data Updates

Neighborhood and Residential Boundaries
More than 46,000 neighborhoods within 550 metros and over 800,000 unique residential areas have been enhanced or extended with additional coverage. Some of the Metro areas included are located in Atlanta GA, Chicago IL, Fort Worth TX, and Houston, and Seattle WA. This data, provided by Precisely (formerly known as Pitney Bowes), is refreshed quarterly.
School Data
The quarterly refresh of school data, provided by Niche, includes updates to school ratings and community reviews.
We have also updated our school district boundaries. Key districts that were updated this quarter are; Palm Beach School District in Florida, Gwinett County in Georgia, Wake County in North Carolina, and Houston ISD in Texas. This data is provided quarterly by Precisely.
Heat Maps
The heat map overlays showcase real estate trends such as; Estimated Home Values, Average Sales Price, Listing Price vs. Sales Price, Year Built, and other data points. Maps are updated twice per year with the exception of the flood zone map, which is updated annually.
You can view RPR heat maps in the Map View of the Search Results page, or by clicking “Bigger Map” on the Property Details page.
Report Cover Page for Michigan REALTORS®
Reports run in Michigan will now display the brokerage information more prominently on the report cover page to comply with local requirements.
Internet Explorer (IE) Browser No Longer Recommended
The IE browser’s legacy technology isn’t a good match with RPR’s newer technology. In the first quarter of 2021 Internet Explorer will no longer be compatible with RPR. Please update your browser to one of the following:
Google Chrome (30.0 or later)
Microsoft Edge (79 or later)
Safari (5.0 or later)
Firefox (20.0 or later)
