Comp Score

A list of system-selected comps are ordered by their Score from highest to lowest.

Tap a Score to view similarities and differences between that comp and the Subject Property.

Add a Property

Add a known property as a comp by address or MLS Listing ID. Tap the Add Comps button on the comps selection screen.

Edit Subject Property

Verify and edit Subject Property facts such as beds, baths, and living area.

Refine comp search criteria including listing status, date range, property type, and price range.

Up to 25 comps are offered and you can choose up to 20 comps.

No, AI CMA only supports Residential SFR, Condo/Townhouse/Apt, CoOp, and Mobile/Manufactured homes. 

Not at this time. AI CMA is mobile-first by design to match agent workflows. Agents work in the field, at properties and during appointments. The mobile interface is optimized for touch-based comp selection and quick analysis.

The AI CMA is a completely optional feature and exists alongside the traditional CMA. Agents can continue to create manual CMAs just as before. Both the AI CMA and the traditional CMA can be launched from the Pricing Tools section in the RPR Mobile™ app.

There is a hard limit of 20 comps, but 6-10 comps typically provide the most balanced analysis. Too few may not capture market range; too many may dilute relevance.

Only if entered manually. Agents can search and add any property by address/listing ID, including off-market properties, but AI analysis is most effective with recent sold and active listings that reflect current market conditions.

You can edit the subject property facts before running the analysis to ensure AI works with accurate information. This is especially important for square footage, bed/bath counts and lot size.

Yes, just like all RPR Reports, the AI CMA Reports includes agent branding. 

In the Pricing Strategies section is a standalone element you can include to share all AI-generated options with your client.
