Our Market Trends and Trade Area Scriptwriters, powered by ChatGPT software, allow you to create branded, ready-to-go Social Videos, Social Media Cards, PowerPoint Presentations, and more based on Market Trend or Trade Area data.
You can access the Market Trends ScriptWriter from the Residential Property Details page or the Trends tab in the bottom navigation.
The Trade Area page is reached from the Commercial Property Details page.
Tap the AI icon on the Market Trends or Trade Area page, then select a Tone and Audience to set a voice and target a specific client type. Next, select your content, follow the prompts, then choose how you would like to share it.
