Where can I find the properties where I have made notes?

Properties where you have made notes (text, photo, or mobile audio notes), are listed on the Home page, under My Properties. You can access these properties from anywhere on the website by clicking the My Work tab, then choose My Notes.

  • Click on the property to go to the Property Summary, where you can view or edit your notes.

  • If you would like your note to appear on your reports, check the box next to Include in My Reports. Leave unchecked to keep the note private.

  • Notes can be added on the Property Summary on both the website and RPR Mobile™

Your notes will remain on the Property Summary page until you remove them.

You can add text, photo, and audio notes while using RPR Mobile. From the Property Summary, tap the Notes button, then choose Add a Note, Add a Photo, or Add a Memo.

You can choose to display your notes on your reports or keep them private for your eyes only on the Property Summary. Check the box next to Include in My Reports to display the note in your reports, uncheck to keep it private.
