Release Notes: October 2022
This release brings BIG changes that will save time! You will find less scrolling, quicker searching, and all the information you need in our reformatted easy-to-navigate Property Details pages.
We have also added a new partner – CompStak, a nationwide free commercial lease and sale comp database. Read on to learn more!
Full Search Bar
We have added a full search bar to the Property Details pages (Property Information, Market Trends, Refined Value, My Updates, and Trade Area). All filters and search capabilities are the same as the search bar on the Home page.
Property Details
Residential Property Information
We have moved the things you need “at first glance” to the top of the page. Here you will find a property’s basic facts like the number of beds, baths, and sq ft., its estimated value (RVM/AVM), status (active, closed, off-market, etc.), and price. You can also access the CMA and Refined Value tools.
My Updates has been improved and relocated to the sub-navigation bar. Click My Updates to upload your photos, take notes, or create a Seller’s Proceed worksheet.
Commercial Property Information
At the top of the Commercial Property Information page is the property status, building size, price, property type (retail, office, industrial, etc.), price per sq ft, and more.
The Commercial sub-navigation bar has gained Trade Area and My Updates. The Trade Area page displays facts and stats, plus the area’s top socioeconomic and demographic segments based on Esri Tapestry data.
CompStak Integration
RPR has partnered with CompStak, a nationwide commercial lease and sales comp database. It’s FREE – Share your comps on their site to earn credits to get analyst-reviewed commercial lease and sales comps.
The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) has arranged for RPR members to receive 500 free credits to get started. Begin by clicking on the CompStak logo in the Additional Resources section of any RPR commercial property page.
Land Broker Coop
A link to the website of our partner, Land Broker Coop, has also been added to the Additional Resources section.
Land Broker Coop is a broker/agent-owned coop that shares its nationwide land listings in RPR.
Refined Value
Keep an eye on your Refined Value as you change the estimated value based on home improvements, needed improvements, and market and home conditions.
This box will follow you down the page as you make refinements allowing you to see how the estimate is adjusted with each refinement.
Less Scrolling – Same Data – More Time!
Sections of the Property Information page are improved and reformatted. In most cases, we consolidated the data (reducing the number of sections) and added features that make the information easy to digest. We broke one chart into two in one instance, creating a less cluttered view. Continue on to learn the details!
Public Record History
We have combined deed, tax, mortgage, and distressed information into one chart. Select Deed, Tax, or Mortgage at the chart’s top and click the View More Details link to open the entire chart. Click the side arrow to see additional years.
Sales and Financing Activity
The Sales and Financing chart has been broken down into two charts (Sales and Financing Activity and Estimated Value). Both charts are displayed on the Property Information page.
Estimated Value
Listing History
The Listing History chart has been improved and is now displayed on Commercial properties too. Toggle between Current Listing and Previous Listings to see the status and price changes of a current listing or the property’s listing history.
