Release Notes: June 2022

Hello Summer, and hello to NEW and refreshed RPR Charts! We have added new charts and reformatted existing ones making RPR charts eye-catching, interactive, and responsive. We have also said goodbye to our Market Data reports, improved performance, and fixed a few bugs. Read on to learn more.

New Charts

Our new charts contain new categories and metrics, and our original charts are improved and reformatted. Data can be drilled down by Property Type to allow an in-depth examination of a market area. One or more charts can be printed to create a  report-like PDF. RPR charts, powered by FusionCharts, can be found on our Property and Neighborhood pages.

Select a Property Type., then apply your choice to one chart or all the charts on the page.

Print Charts

Collapse any charts you do not want to print, then click the Print link to create a stand-alone report-like PDF.

Add to Reports

Or include your newly created PDF in RPR reports via Manage Custom Pages on the Reports page.

Original Charts

Our original charts are improved and reformatted. Here are a few examples. 

Name Changes

The Property Summary tab is renamed Property Information and the Charts tab is renamed Market Trends. We have also changed Median Estimated Home Value to Median Estimated Property Value.

Broker Affiliated Services 

A new full-width Broker Affiliated Services card shows a Broker’s preferred service provider’s contact info, photo, and logo.

Affiliated Services will only show on agents’ accounts where their Broker has enrolled in RPR Broker Tools and has submitted this information.

Market Data Reports

RPR has retired our Market Data Reports. Market Data Reports were reports offered exclusively to Brokers, MLS staff, and Association staff on their respective RPR dashboards. All other dashboard features and reports remain the same. See this knowledge base article for more information. 

Data Updates

This release updates flood zone data provided annually by the FEMA Map Service Center. Learn more about RPR Flood Maps.

The quarterly refresh of school data, provided by Niche, includes updates to school ratings and community reviews. We have also updated our school district boundaries, provided quarterly by Precisely.

This release includes over 820,000 unique residential neighborhoods, concentrated in – but not limited to – the top 500 metropolitan areas in the US.

This release updates tenant data for commercial properties to the latest information from SMR Research. Tenant data is displayed on commercial Property Details pages and can be included in Commercial Property Reports. This data, covering more than 9.98 million tenants, is updated quarterly.
