This release launches our Open Beta test phase for our Next Generation RPR Reports! Choose from three report templates (or make your own)-customize and preview in real-time, reorder sections and pages, and share custom-built reports that automatically update every 48 hours. Read on to learn more!

The first step in creating a new Next Generation Report is to choose from three RPR report templates (Buyer, Seller, Property Single-commercial). You can also create up to 20 of your own reusable templates (My Templates.)

Additional RPR Templates will be introduced in the coming months.

Access Beta Report Templates from the Property Details pages, the Reports tab, or the legacy Report generation page.

Partner Updates

First Street®: Risk Factor has changed its name to First Street®, so we have updated its logo and all references to First Street®. First Street continues to assess a property’s risk from floods, wildfires, hurricane wind, extreme heat, and air pollution. Click the link in the Additional Resources section on the Property Information page to learn more.

Intercontinental Exchange (ICE): In the mailing labels workflow, we changed the logo and references from Black Knight to their new name and logo, Intercontinental Exchange (ICE).
