How do I search for Closed Listings?

Enter an area in the search bar, choose For Sale or For Lease, and Closed in the Type/Status filter. To include public record sales, select “Include public records sold.”

The timeframe will default to three months back, but you can click into the date field and change the timeframe to This Month, Last 30 Days, Last 3 Months, Last 6 Months, Last 12 Months, or create a Custom Date Range. Closed Search

Enter an area in the search bar, choose For Sale or For Lease, and Closed in the Type/Status filter. To include public record sales, select “Include public records sold.”

The timeframe will default to three months back, but you can click into the date field and change the timeframe to This Month, Last 30 Days, Last 3 Months, Last 6 Months, Last 12 Months, or create a Custom Date Range.

The search results will show all the listings that closed in the date range selected in the Type/Status filter. Clicking on an address will open the Property Information page.

The Property Information page will populate with the listing data from the listing you selected in the search results. See the closed date and price, Listing ID, listing history, description, schools, property features, etc.

Is the Property Currently Listed?

If the property is currently listed, the Multiple Listings section will display in the right panel of the Property Information page.

Click the blue Listing ID to populate the page with the current listing data.

Recently Closed

You can customize your search results by choosing the timeframe a listing is considered “Recently Closed”. Go to your Profile and select Settings, then use the slider to set the “Recently Closed” status to 7, 14, 30, 60, 90, 120, or 180 days.

Listings that close within the timeframe you selected will show a “Recently Closed” flag and are represented by a blue square. Listings that close after the selected  timeframe are represented by a gray square.

The first property in the above screenshot is within the selected “Recently Closed” timeframe, while the second property is one day outside of the timeframe.

Frequently Asked Questions

A listing’s status moves from “Closed” to “Off Market” 270 days after closing (about nine months).
