Release Notes: May 2021

This release has updates to features that will save you time and make using RPR easier. It also includes performance fixes and optimizations to increase the effectiveness and operations of our systems.

Subject Property Map Pin

We have changed how a subject property is represented on our maps. The map pin is now a black teardrop-shaped icon with a white house outlined in the middle. You can now easily see the location of your subject property on the map, while searching for comps, and on the reports that you create.

Comp Map Pins

We have made selecting comps for your CMA more user-friendly. Now when you choose a comp, the comp’s map pin will change to a black circle. This will allow you to see which comps you have chosen along with their location.

Second Update and Search button

We have added a second Update and Search button to the bottom of the advanced filters page. Now you can quickly save your filter choices at the top or bottom of the page.
