What’s New in RPR Mobile™?

We have added a Market Trends report template to our Next Gen Reports series, giving you a quick and easy way to showcase our renowned Market Trends data in a dedicated report format. We have also added an option to create an AI CMA from your Search Results, and made enhancements to the Buyer Tour, Draw workflow, and more! Read on to learn about all the improvements in this release.

New! – Market Trends Template

Our new Market Trends report template gives you a quick and easy way to showcase our renowned Market Trends data in a dedicated report format.

The Market Trends Template is a concise overview of real estate trends in a selected market, highlighting key metrics such as median days on market, median price, and months of inventory by property status. This report template includes:

  • Trends in the local market

  • Listing, pending, and sales statistics

  • Historical comparisons

Our Market Trends data is still also available in the Buyer, Seller, CMA, and Market Activity report templates.

Buyer Tour Enhancements

Two new enhancements to our Buyer Tour Report make it easier to guide and engage your clients: built-in driving directions for each property and a simple way for clients to rate the homes they visit.

Each selected property now includes a QR code that, when scanned, provides driving directions to the home. In addition, a Feedback Form is included for every property, allowing your clients to rate the location, price, condition, overall features, and make notes, giving you insight into their likes and dislikes and helping them keep track of the pros and cons of each property visited.

Buyer Tour - Website Edits

Buyer Tour Reports created in RPR Mobile™ can now be viewed, edited, and shared from the My Reports page on the website.

AI CMA

You can now create an AI CMA with comps chosen from your Search Results!

    Begin by pulling up the handle at the bottom of the map

    Next, choose your comps and tap View Options when finished choosing comps.

  • 3

    Then, review and reorder your comps and tap the “Next” button when you are ready.

  • 4

    After that, select CMA from the navigation bar at the bottom of your screen.

  • 5

    To continue, enter a Subject Property address and choose an AI CMA (Buyer or Seller).

AI CMA - REALTOR® Feedback

In response to REALTOR® feedback, we’ve addressed high-priority bugs in our recently launched Beta AI CMA.

Draw Workflow

We have added highlights, infobubbles, and additional messaging to guide you through the Draw workflow, so you can search within your custom area.

Report Editor - Page Numbers

Based on REALTOR® feedback, we are now displaying page numbers in the Report Editor as you customize your report.

Data Updates

  • AARP Livability™ Index Scores: The annual update to the AARP Livability™ Index scores has been completed.

  • Flood Zones: We have updated our Flood Zone data displayed on Property Details and the Map. This data is provided by Policymap and is updated twice a year.

  • POIs: This release includes the quarterly update of over 28 million Points of Interest (POIs), provided by Precisely.

  • Commercial Tenant Data: This release updates tenant data for commercial properties to the latest information from SMR Research.

  • Traffic Data: The annual update to our traffic data (counts and estimates), provided by Kalibrate, is included in this release.

  • U.S. Congressional Senator and Legislator Names: We have updated the names of representatives who have filled vacant seats.
