Access Beta Report Templates from the Reports Tab or Property Details page.

Tap the Create Report button, enter an address (if coming from the Reports tab), then tap the View Beta button.

My Work

The My Work tab’s sections (Nearby Listing Counts, My Saved, My Listings, and My Recents) can be reordered so you can place what is most important to you at the top of the page.

  • Tap Reorder at the top right of the page.

  • Grab the six dots to the left of each section name.

  • Drag the section to where you want it.

Market Trends and Nearby Listing Counts

When members change their physical location and taps My Work or Trends, the nearby Listing Counts and Market Trends data will reflect the new location.

Map Actions

We consolidated two Draw options (radius and freehand) into one workflow and moved all map action icons to a new location on the map.

The List View icon has been removed, but swiping up from the handle at the bottom of the page displays the search results in List View.

CMA & Buyer Tour

We have improved how properties are selected when creating a CMA or Buyer Tour.

Tap the checkbox shown in the Property Preview to add or remove a property.

Partner Updates

First Street®: Risk Factor has changed its name to First Street®, so we have updated its logo and all references to First Street®. First Street continues to assess a property’s risk from floods, wildfires, hurricane wind, extreme heat, and air pollution. Click the link in the Additional Resources section on the Property Information page to learn more.

Intercontinental Exchange (ICE): In the mailing labels workflow, we changed the logo and references from Black Knight to their new name and logo, Intercontinental Exchange (ICE).

Auctions Details

Auction information is now displayed in its own section (Auction Details) on the Property Information page.  If a listing does not include auction data, the section will not show.

Data Updates

  • School Reviews and Ratings: The quarterly refresh of school data, provided by Niche, includes updates to school ratings and community reviews.

  • Traffic Data: The annual update of our traffic data (counts and estimates), provided by Kalibrate, is included in this release.

  • Commercial Tenant Data: This release updates tenant data for commercial properties to the latest information from SMR Research.

  • AARP Livability™ Index: The annual update to the AARP Livability™ Index scores has been completed for 2024.

  • Congressional Senator and Legislator Names: We have updated the names of representatives who have filled vacant seats.
