RPR App: June 2023 Release
The Residential and Commercial Property Details screens have been redesigned and reorganized. Sections and features have been added or improved, and data has moved to existing sections that make more sense. The presentation is cleaner and easier to consume. Read on to learn all the details!

Property Details
Banner: Open Houses, Distressed, and Status Changes
A banner has been added to the top-left corner of the screen to call attention to Open Houses, Distressed status, and status changes such as Coming Soon, New, and Recently Closed.
Media Viewer: Photos, Street View, Tours, and Map
Options to change the view between Photos, Satellite, and Street, plus access to Virtual or 3D Tours and the Map, have been added to a new bar displayed prominently below the property photo(s).
In addition, the icons have been replaced with text, making the choices easily understood.
Photos: List View
An enhancement has also been made to the Photos view that allows photos to be displayed in a list by tapping a photo.
In a future release we will add the ability to zoom in and out. Photos can still be seen by swiping left or right.
Summary: Price, Top Facts, and RVM/AVM
The summary has been reorganized, the text size is larger, and icons have been added to call attention to the top facts.
Days in RPR has moved to the Basic Facts section.
Access to the CMA tool and Seller’s Net Sheet has moved to a new Pricing Tools section (Residential).
Valuate, and ShowingTime have moved to a new Additional Resources section.

A new Basic Facts section has been added below the summary that includes:

Days in RPR
HOA Dues
Price to Estimated Value
Distressed Data
APN/Tax ID
Owner Name
Last Sold Price and Date
Pricing Tools
A new Pricing Tools section has been added below the Residential Property Facts that offers access to the CMA tool and Seller’s Net Sheet.
Completed values will appear in their respective boxes.
Additional Resources
A new Additional Resources section houses our integrations with Valuate and ShowingTime, and others to come in the future.
Call to Action: Call Agent, Save, Notes, Reports
The options to call the listing agent, save a property, add photos and text notes, or access and create reports remain at the bottom of the screen, but their positions in the bar and presentation have slightly changed.
