Nearly a dozen Michigan-based REALTOR® Associations are working together, sharing data and using RPR View™, to remove barriers between users and information—the only group of its kind in the Midwestern United States and one of two such collaborations in the United States.
The RPR Certified Trainer Program preps and trains hundreds of Association and MLS staff so they’re better equipped to educate REALTORS® about all the business-building tools found within RPR. Trainers such as Christy Roberston of Triangle MLS contribute to help thousands of REALTORS® learn the ins and outs of RPR. In fact, Christy and her team have tripled RPR usage amongst their members.
RPR is continually looking for ways we can help REALTORS® be as successful as possible during this uncertain time. So we set out to ask our colleagues for suggestions on how Associations and MLSs can help REALTORS® make the most of the downtime by picking up skills that help them stay connected with consumers and new business-building strategies.
The Long Island Board of REALTORS® makes a focused effort to educate and train its members to become dedicated RPR users. LIBOR members are finding great value in RPR and apply their RPR skills to “the beginning, middle and end of every transaction.”
Under the guidance of RPR and its RPR View™ product, three Colorado MLSs (REcolorado®, Information and Real Estate Services, and Pikes Peak REALTOR® Services) are partnering to share MLS listing data, an overall trend in real estate that is gaining traction.
