How do I reset my password?

Go to narrpr.com and click the Forgot Password link, then enter your email address affiliated with your RPR account when prompted. An email will be sent to you with a password reset link.

Step 1

Go to narrpr.com

Go to narrpr.com and click Forgot Password

Enter Email Address

Enter the email address that is affiliated with your RPR account when prompted.  Click the Next button.

Check your email

Check your email inbox for an email from RPR Support.  The password reset link within the email will last for 3 hours.

Step 2

Open Email and Click Link

Open the email that was sent and click Set Up New Password.  The password reset link will expire after 3 hours.

Create Password

  • Create a password that is at least 7 characters and includes 1 capital letter, 1 lowercase letter, and 1 number or special character.

  • As you create your password, the panel on the right will display a checkmark as each requirement is met. 

  • Reenter the same password in the Confirm Password field, then click the Save and Sign In button.

Step 3

Password Recently Changed

You will receive an email to let you know that your password was changed.
