Step 1
Choose a Template
The first step in creating a Next Gen Report is to choose from three RPR templates or from templates you have previously created (My Templates)
You can access the Beta Report Templates from the Property Details pages, the Reports tab, the legacy Report generation page, or the Templates tab.
Step 2
Add a Title
Give your report a title or leave blank to use the default title (Buyer, Seller, Property Single.)
You may be prompted to enter a property address or MLS Listing ID also.
The first time you select an RPR Template, you will see a page with a brief description of the template and a sample report showing the default content.Click the arrow to page through a sample report. If you decide to use the template, click the Use this Template button to continue.
Step 3
Customize & Preview
Once you choose a template, you will land on the Report Editor-here you will select the information you want in your report. You can add or subtract data, photos, charts, etc. and also customize your cover page, reorder sections, upload your own pages, and more!
The Customize menu shows each section that can be included in a report.
Beside each is a number range that tells how many options are available within that section and how many have been selected (some are selected by default)—for example, 3/5.
The Report Preview will reflect changes in real-time as items are added, removed, or moved allowing you to see your report (an make edits) before its run.
Step 4
Run Report
Click the Run Report button when you are finished customizing your report. Save your report for later, email to your client, share to social media, download, or copy and share a link.
*Every 48 hours, when the report link is clicked, a new report will generate with updated information (like prices, listing statuses, public record data, etc.)
Step 5
Create or Change a Template
Creating customized templates allows you to mix and match report elements to create unique reports for a variety of situations. For example, you could create templates for a First Time Home Buyer, CMA Report, Listing Presentation, or an Open House. Custom templates let you quickly create reports to fit each client’s needs.
To create a new template or to change a My Template (a template you previously created), first customize a template in the Report Editor (add or remove data, charts, photos and move sections), then click the Save as Template button and choose:
