Release Notes: December 2022
We are ending the year with continued improvements to our Property Information page, the main destination to view and research properties in RPR. (additional changes are in store for 2023!) We also enhanced performance and made a few bug fixes. Read on to learn more!
Property Information Name Changes
We clarified the names of some sections on our Property Information page, the primary destination within Property Details, for residential as well as commercial properties.
New and Updated Commercial Sections
In addition, we improved each section of our commercial Property Information page. We created new sections, and moved, removed, or consolidated information where it made sense. Click on the toggles below for more details.
The new Property Features section for commercial properties appears below Individual Units and above Available Space and displays both public and listing data when available.
The Business Details and Financing Information sections have merged into the new commercial Investment Details section, below Lease Details and above Miscellaneous Details.
Miscellaneous Details for listings has moved from the right column to the left between Investment Details and Property Facts.
Lease Details is displayed below the Description and above Investment Details. This section contains all of the listing lease-related fields.
Listing Details is displayed below the Listing Agent section and above the Homeowners Association section in the right column. We removed duplicate fields and moved the non-listing related fields to other sections on the page.
We removed the Listing ID and listing source fields since these fields already display in Listing Details.
Compare Records
We have updated our Compare Records feature so each section is of equal height, allowing for true side-by-side comparison. This feature allows you to compare current and previous listings to one another or public record data. You can find the Compare Records button in the Listing History section on the Property Information page.
