Tenants

A new Tenants section containing a list of active tenants is now available on the Commercial Property Details screen.

Tenant Report

Tap the Generate Tenant Report button to create a report.

Trade Area Charts

We have updated the Trade Area charts in the How this Trade Area Compares section of the Commercial Property Details screen.

View data about the area and its residents compared against the county and state, shown in multiple bar charts.

Demographics

See facts and stats about the area’s population, economy, commute, home values, and the marital status, income, and education of the people residing there.

Tap the drop-down menu at the top of the section, then choose from eight options offered in the spinner at the bottom of the section.
