RPR App: July 2023 Release

This release includes much-asked-for additions – Points of Interest, Historical photos, and Directions! Improvements to the Seller’s Net Sheet automatically calculate a loan’s payoff balance. We have also expanded our commercial real estate data. Read on to learn more about the many updates to RPR Mobile™.

Seller’s Net Sheet Improved

 

Improvements to the mobile Seller’s Net Sheet allow you to add a loan from an existing RPR mortgage record or manually enter a loan, and the system will automatically calculate the payoff balance.

Access the Seller’s Net Sheet in the Pricing Tools section on the Property Details screen.

POIs (Points of Interest)

Research neighborhood amenities and businesses surrounding your subject property. Interactive map pins can be opened to see each POI’s business name, address, number of employees, sales volume, industry, and building square footage.

Tap POI below the photo(s) on the Property Details screen or in the Location Details section.

Historical (Photos)

See listing photos from previous listings.

Tap Historical below the photo(s) on the Property Details screen.

Schools

View the schools assigned to the property and see school data, including scores, contact info, and driving directions. You can also create a School Report or search for listings within the school attendance zone.

Tap Schools below the photo(s) on the Property Details screen or in the Location Details section.

Location Details (Property Details Screen)

The Location Details section on the Property Details screen has been refreshed and reorganized.

Tap anywhere on the map to enlarge the map and display map options – Traffic, Listings, Directions, and More.

Below the map is another way to access Schools, Traffic, POIs, Listings, and Directions.

Traffic: Tap to see an area’s traffic counts or the current amount of traffic in real-time.

New! Listings: Tap to run a search using your saved default search criteria.

New! Directions: Tap to open navigation to the property.

More: Tap to choose a Map View, enable Parcel Boundaries or view All Properties.

New Commercial Real Estate Data

We have improved and expanded the commercial public records in the Commercial Property Details and Property Report. The building name is now displayed within the summary section, additional fields have been incorporated, and a new Financial Details section has been added.

Data Updates

The quarterly refresh of school data, provided by Niche, includes updates to school ratings and community reviews. We have also updated our school district boundaries, provided quarterly by Precisely.

We have updated the residential, neighborhood, and ZIP Code boundaries used on maps and in searches. This data is provided by Precisely and is updated quarterly.

This release updates flood zone data provided annually by the FEMA Map Service Center.
