Release Notes: May 2023
April Showers bring May…Market Trend enhancements! Our Market Trends charts can now be customized and shared directly to social media or downloaded as a JPG or PNG file. We have also added quick access to these popular charts via the Research tab and links on all residential maps. Read on to learn about these enhancements, significant improvements to our map Data Layers, and more!
Market Trends – A New Destination!
A new Market Trends Search Page has been added for quick access to our popular Market Trends charts!
Click the Research tab, then choose Residential Market Trends.
Market Trends – Map Access
An option to “View Market Trends” is now offered on all residential website maps.
Selecting the View Market Trends button will take you to the new Market Trends Search Page.
Guided Tour
For a Market Trends guided tour, go to the Home page, click the Market Trends Shortcut, and follow the prompts.
Map Data Layers – Residential Real Estate Indicators
Our Residential Real Estate Indicators have refreshed data and improved performance. The new larger, more visible Legend and data layers dynamically change as the map is panned. Click the Data Layers icon on the map menu, choose from five options, then select a geography (ZIP codes, counties, cities, and states).
This data is currently only available on the website, but may be included in reports in a future release.
Property Information – New School District Links
Click the name of the school district on the Property Information page (in the Schools section) to open a list of schools within the district to see the school’s ratings, grade levels served, location, and contact information. Click the school name for additional details or select View Nearby Listings to view listed properties
Refine Value Enhancements
Data has been refreshed, and improvements made to how refinements are calculated in the Refine Value by adjusting Basic Facts section of the Refined Value Tool.
Navigational Improvements
We are always looking for ways to improve your experience in RPR. With this release, we have added a Top/Bottom button to some pages and View More/Less Details links to sections of the Property Details pages to improve navigation on the site.
