Release Notes: March 2023

In this release, we have refreshed our Seller’s Net Sheet and made improvements to Search and the Property Information page, making getting the information you need easier. Also, check out the many data updates, and click the button below to see what’s new to the RPR Mobile™ app!

Seller’s Net Sheet

Our Seller’s Net Sheet (formerly Seller’s Proceeds) is new and improved! The Seller’s Net Sheet can be found on the Property Information page of any residential property. As inputs are made, the Net Cash to Seller will automatically calculate. Print the Seller’s Net Sheet on its own or include it in your Seller’s Report. Click the My Updates tab or the link in the Pricing Tools section to begin estimating your seller’s profit. The Seller’s Net Sheet is also available in the RPR Mobile™ app!

Search Improvement

We have improved Search so that all variations of a word that can be abbreviated are offered in auto-suggest (below the search bar). For example, entering Mt. in the search bar will return results in auto-suggest of places, properties, and schools that contain Mt, Mount, and Mountain.

Listing and Public Record History

The Public Record History and Listing History sections are now expandable to a full-page view to see a property’s previous listings, deeds, mortgage, and distressed information.

Partner Logos

We have made the logos on the Property Information page clickable to make it easier for you to access our partner’s resources.

Accessibility Improvements

How we indicate a selected state in the Multiple Listings and Available Space sections has changed to serve people with color blindness. A selected state is now outlined in blue.

Data Updates

We have updated the residential, neighborhood, and ZIP Code boundaries used on maps and in searches. This data is provided by Precisely and is updated quarterly.

The annual Esri data refresh includes spending data, demographics, and lifestyle information. Esri data helps power our Commercial Site Selection tool, federal and local Economic Area Reports, and residential neighborhood statistics.

The quarterly refresh of school data, provided by Niche, includes updates to school ratings and community reviews. We have also updated our school district boundaries, provided quarterly by Precisely.

This annual refresh updates over 13 million POIs on Commercial and Residential maps. REALTORS® can research neighborhood amenities and businesses when working with both residential buyers and commercial investors.

This release updates tenant data for commercial properties to the latest information from SMR Research. Tenant data is displayed on commercial Property Details pages and can be included in Commercial Property Reports. This data, covering more than 9.98 million tenants, is updated quarterly.

The U.S. Congressional Districts, as well as state senate and legislative districts, have been updated to display new and adjusted districts.
