Search Bar (Reports Page)

To make it faster and easier to generate a variety of reports once you are on the Reports page, we made the search bar visible at the top of the page (before it showed when a link was clicked.) The revised search bar also includes a toggle to switch between  Residential and Commercial modes.

Customize Reports

Access to choose which elements to include in your report has changed from a plus sign to a “+ Customize” button. It is placed next to each report title on the Reports page.

Company/Office Search Filter (Commercial)

A new advanced search option in Commercial mode allows searching for listings by the Company/Office name to locate all of the listings from a particular office(s).

Heat Maps – Removed

We recently replaced our Map Data Layers with ones supported by Google’s new Data-Driven Styling on the site. With this release, we are removing the old heat maps from the Property Report, Seller’s Report, Market Activity Report, and Valuation Workbook. We intend to include some or all of the new map layers in a future release.
