RPR App: Seller’s Net Sheet

Estimate how much your seller will profit from the sale of their property. With each input, the Net Cash to Seller total will automatically update. You can print the Seller’s Net Sheet or include it in your Seller’s Report.

Access the Seller’s Net Sheet in the Pricing Tools section of the Property Details screen.

  • Select a mortgage record (or manually enter a loan), and the system will calculate the estimated payoff balance. 

  • Enter encumbrances and estimated closing costs. With each input, the Net Cash to Seller total will automatically update.

  • Your generated Seller’s Net Sheet will be saved for 30 days on the Report page. Your inputs will remain on the property’s page until you remove them.

Click on the links below

To edit your Seller’s Net Sheet, return to the Property Details screen and scroll to the Pricing Tools section, then click Create Seller’s Net Sheet. Once you are finished, click the Print button to create a stand-alone document or click the Save button to include it in a Seller’s Report.

Your generated Seller’s Net Sheet will be saved for 30 days on the Report page. Your inputs will remain on the property’s page until you remove them.
