In this release, we added off-market listing statuses to our Sales and Financing Activity chart – withdrawn, canceled, expired, and temporarily off-market. We also updated data, improved performance, and fixed a few bugs. Read on to learn more!

Our Sales and Financing Activity chart has been updated to include off-market listing statuses.

Off-market Statuses

  • Withdrawn

  • Cancelled

  • Expired

  • Temporarily Off Market

The Sales and Financing Activity chart is displayed on the Property Information page (with a legend).

Reports

The chart is included in a Property Report, Seller’s Report, and Valuation Workbook.

Data Updates

  • Neighborhood and Residential Boundaries 

    Our residential, neighborhood, and ZIP Code boundaries used on maps and in searches have been updated. Micro Neighborhoods have increased by 2,716 neighborhoods. This data is provided by Precisely and is updated quarterly.

  • Walkability Scores

    We have updated our Walkability Scores, provided quarterly by Precisely.

  • School District Boundaries

    The quarterly refresh of our school district boundaries, provided quarterly by Precisely, includes maintenance in these key areas:

    • Alabama (Mobile County)
    • Arizona (Deer Valley)
    • Colorado (Aurora District)
    • Maryland (Baltimore County)
    • Oregon (Bend-Lapine and Portland Schools)
    • Texas (Austin, Dallas, and Houston ISDs)
