What’s New in RPR?
This release updates our home improvement data used in the Refine Value tool and flood zone data, which is shown as a map layer and on the Property Details page. We also added new metrics to the MLS and Association Dashboards and fixed a few bugs. Read on to learn more.
To see the Flood Zone designation for the area surrounding your subject property, click Map/Location on the Property Information page.
Home Improvement Data
Our annual update to our Home Improvement data, within our Refined Value tool, updates regional coefficients and descriptions of cost and value amounts based on the most recent data from Zonda.
MLS and Association Dashboards
Additional Usage Stats have been added to the MLS and Association Dashboards. Designated MLS or Association staff can see membership usage stats for the Estimated Mortgage, Estimated Equity, Seller’s Net Sheet, Tenant Data Report, and Buyer Tour.
