Release Notes: March 2024

Search for listings within an MLS, CIE, or listing data provider using our new Organization search filter. Check out the new Market Trends Learn Menu, and the many data updates in this release. We also have improved performance and fixed a few bugs. Read on to learn more!

Organization – Search within an MLS, CIE or listing data provider

Search for listings within one or more Organizations (MLS, CIE or listing data provider). Go to the advanced search filters and choose to search within:

  • Your MLS or CIE

  • MLSs, CIEs, and listing data providers that share with your MLS or CIE

  • MLSs, CIEs, and listing data partners that share with all REALTORS®

Select the “More Filters” button at the end of the Search Bar.

Scroll down the page until you reach “Organization.” Click the arrow in the drop-down menu to view all the MLSs, CIEs, and listing data providers you have access to—only those you have access to will show in the drop-down menu. Select as many as you would like to search within.

Did you know?

Commercial and Resimercial practitioners can view For Sale and For Lease listings provided by our Commercial Data Partners.

 

Market Trends – Learn Menu

The Learn Menu has been added to the Residential Market Trends search and results pages. The Learn Menu provides videos and information specific to the website page you are viewing, with options to access more training materials in a new browser tab.

  • View More Ways to Learn: Select this button to find video tutorials, e-books, and printable guides.

  • Search Quick Answers: Select this button to search the knowledge base for information, step-by-step instructions, release notes, and more.

Data Updates

  • Neighborhood and Residential Boundaries: We have updated the residential, neighborhood, and ZIP Code boundaries used on maps and in searches. This data is provided by Precisely and is updated quarterly.

  • Walkability Scores: Walkability Scores, provided quarterly by Precisely, have been updated.

  • Commercial Tenant Data: This release updates tenant data for commercial properties to the latest information from SMR Research.

  • School Reviews: The quarterly refresh of school data, provided by Niche, includes updates to school ratings and community reviews. We have also updated our school district boundaries, which Precisely supplies quarterly.

  • Congressional Senator and Legislator Names: We have updated the names of representatives who have filled vacant seats.
