RPR Mobile™ App
CMA and Buyer Tour Workflows
The CMA and Buyer Tour workflows have been updated to make selecting properties easier. When you choose a property to include in a Buyer Tour or CMA, the map pin will change to a new version (light blue with a white checkmark) to indicate that the property has been added to your report. As you select additional comps, the new map pins will display for those you have already selected.
Text an Agent
You can now quickly communicate with other agents via text from the Property Details page.
Comp Listing Facts
New listing facts have been added to the side-by-side comparison when creating a CMA.
Delete CMA
The Pricing Tools section now offers the option to delete a CMA so you can easily start over.
