What is the Property Flyer?
The Property Flyer is a one-page report, that includes your choice of photo, basic property facts, and a map, along with your contact information and branding.
Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1
Search
Enter a location on the Home page or choose Property Flyer from the Reports tab.
Create Property Flyer
Click CREATE REPORT when you are ready to generate your Property Flyer.
Step 2
Select Property Flyer and Customize
Select Property Flyer, then click the plus sign to the right of the report name to create your Property Flyer.
Choose a Photo
Select a photo to display on your Property Flyer. You can upload your own photo on the Property Details Summary page.
Add a Headline and Description
Add a headline (required), then type in your own property description or use the listing description that will auto-fill.
Choose Content & Select Property Value
Customize your Property Flyer by choosing the content you would like to display, such as the year built, tax amount, subdivision, and school district.
Next, select which property value you would like to display (List Price, Estimated Value, Closed Price, Refined Value, Comp Analysis (CMA) Estimate, or Sales Comp Analysis Estimate.
Step 3
Choose Delivery Method & Run Report
Choose either Display Now or Email to. Display now will open a PDF that can be saved to your computer. Email to will email a PDF to one or multiple email addresses (separate multiple email addresses with a comma). Click CC to me to receive a copy in your email inbox.
Click the Run Report button.

Click on the links below
Click the Reports tab and select any report title to be taken to the Reports page, locate the report you would like to delete under My Reports. Under the report, click the arrow in the menu box, then select Delete Report.
Click the Reports tab and select any report title to be taken to the Reports page, locate the Property Flyer you would like to share under My Reports. Under the Property Flyer, click the arrow in the menu box, then select Post on Facebook.
Sorry, but currently only one photo can be included on the Property Flyer.
On the Report page, make sure the address or area is showing at the top of the page, then select which report you would like to create. Next, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Email to. Enter the email address or multiple email addresses (separated by commas) in the field provided, then click the Run Report button.
See who you sent a report to and when they last opened the report on the report generation page. Go to the My Reports section, then select View Report Activity from the Report Options drop-down.
