Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1
Enrollment Form
Begin by filling out our enrollment form, where you will tell us about your company and select your tools. Click the link below to open the enrollment page in a new tab. You can follow these instructions while completing the enrollment form at the same time.
On the enrollment form page, select the circle next Get Started with Broker Tool Set
Download Enrollment Spreadsheet
Enter your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and company name.
Download the Broker Tools enrollment spreadsheet in Microsoft Excel or Numbers for Mac format (Click on one of the blue links).
Save the Spreadsheet
Save the spreadsheet to your computer.
Step 2
Broker Tools Overview
The 1st tab in the spreadsheet is the Broker Tools Overview. It gives a brief description of the tools offered in Broker Tools. You do not need to fill out anything in this tab.
Company and Contact Information
The 2nd tab in the spreadsheet is the Company and Contact Information tab. See the questions in column A, then enter your responses in column B.
Enter your company and contact information.
If your company has a commercial division or department, fill out this section.
Add the name, title, email, and phone number of the person within your company that will be responsible for managing your Company Custom Pages that your agents can add to their RPR reports.

Fill in the contact information of the person who will implement your Deep Links, and respond to the questions listed in column A, in the cells of column B.
See how your company can use Deep Links.
Enter up to 5 URLS that will display as footer links, for you and your agents, at the bottom of your branded RPR site.
The AVM Widget can be added with ease by someone that understands HTML, Javascript, and CSS.
Fill in the contact information of a person within your company that will have access to the Broker AVM Widget implementation pages.
If using a 3rd party to implement the Broke AVM Widget, enter their contact information. This is how they will have access to the Broker AVM Widget implementation pages.
Step 3
Company Office Roster
The 3rd tab in the enrollment spreadsheet is the Company Office Roster. Enter the name and ID of your MLS, then enter your office name, address, and phone number. Repeat for each MLS that you belong to.
Step 4
Affiliated Service Modules
The 4th tab in the spreadsheet is the Affiliated Service Modules tab. This tab is optional. If you would like to promote your service providers on the reports that your agents generate, fill out the columns within this tab.

Save Your Completed Spreadsheet
Save your completed spreadsheet to your computer.
Step 5
Return to the Enrollment Page
Return to the enrollment form page at https://blog.narrpr.com/brokers/enroll/ or click here.
Upload Files and Submit
Click the Select Files buttons to upload the completed spreadsheet, your company logo, and any Affiliated Service Module (s) logos and/or contact photo.
If you are authorized to submit this information, select the circle next to Yes, I agree.
Click the Submit button.
Email Notification
We will send you an email when your company’s registration is complete.
