What is the Marketing tab?
The Marketing tab offers resources to help you find clients and market to potential buyers. Click the Prospecting for Residential Clients or Prospecting for Commercial Clients links to be guided through the process of creating mailing labels. Select Create a Residential Property Flyer or Create a Commercial Property Report to go to the Report page to create these marketing pieces. Click the Marketing tab from anywhere on the website and make a choice from the drop-down menu.

Locate the Property Flyer you would like to share under My Reports on the Reports page. Under the Property Flyer, click the arrow in the menu box, then select Post on Facebook.
Currently, only one photo can be included on the Property Flyer.
- Local regulations in some counties and states prohibit the use of public record for marketing purposes. To see if your subject area is on the prohibited list, please see this article.
- Each REALTOR® can export up to 2,000 records each month. This count is for each record exported, not unique properties. If you have reached your monthly allowance you will receive an error message. Export counts are reset on the first day of each month.
