Can I search for listings within a school attendance zone?

Help your clients find properties within a selected school attendance zone.

First, choose your filters, then enter a school name in the main search bar. The top 4 school matches will appear below the search bar in a new group labeled “Schools.” Next, choose one of the options to be taken directly to your search results.

To search within school attendance zones, begin by clicking the Research tab from any page of the website, then select Map Search from the menu. Open the Show Geographies menu at the top of the map, then choose School Districts, or school levels K-5, 6-8, or 9-12. Click into the boundaries on the map, to select one or multiple areas. These areas will fill with an orange shaded color and a box will appear. Click the link in the box that says Search for Listings here.

Enter a school name in the search bar and auto-suggest (below the search bar) will return the top 4 school matches in a group labeled “Schools” Choose one of the options and your search results will show properties within the selected school attendance zone.
