How do I create a report?

Begin by searching from the Home page or Research tab. You can include a CMA or Refined Value on the Property Summary. Click CREATE REPORT on the Property Summary or on the search results page.

We offer eight different residential reports and three commercial reports. You can include a CMA or Refined Value in the Seller’s Report, Property Report (residential), or Mini Property Report (CMA only). A Sales Comparison Analysis can be displayed in the Valuation Workbook.

Report Descriptions

Click the links below for a brief description of each report. 

Residential

The Property Report covers everything a buyer needs to know. It is a comprehensive look at a specific property and includes detailed property information, property history, an estimated value, current and historical listing photos, and foreclosure activity. The Property Report also has local market statistics, school ratings and reviews, and neighborhood demographics. Learn more about our Property Report.

The Seller’s Report is an ideal listing presentation. It contains detailed property information for a specific property, including an estimated value,  local market statistics, recommended pricing strategy, seller’s proceeds worksheet, and recent market activity within the subject property zip code. The Property Flyer is a one-page report. It includes your choice of photo, basic property facts, and a map, along with your contact information and branding. Learn more about our Property Flyer.

The Mini Property Report is a condensed version of our Property Report. It includes detailed property information, current and historical listing photos, property history, and an estimated value. The Mini Property Report also has local market statistics and neighborhood demographics. Learn more about our Mini Property Report.

The Valuation Workbook is a detailed presentation that includes an advanced, appraisal style CMA (Sales Comparison Analysis). You must have completed a Sales Comparison Analysis to create a Valuation Workbook. Learn more about our Valuation Workbook.

  

The Market Activity Report showcases what is happening in the local real estate market. You can include new listings, closed sales, price changes, expired listings, open houses, and more. Market Snapshots display data for estimated home values, sale price, and list price, in the form of stats and map layers. Learn more about our Market Activity Report.

The Neighborhood Report summarizes the data found on the Neighborhood page. It includes charts and statistics about the housing, people, economics and quality of life of the neighborhood. Learn more about our Neighborhood Report.

The School Report contains enrollment information, school ratings, test scores, and public reviews. The school’s contact information is included along with a map that shows the school’s location. It also has ratings and data for nearby schools and showcases properties that are for sale within the school district or a distance specified by you. Learn more about our School Report.

Pick multiple properties to share with your buyer via text or email. Our Buyer Tour, available in the RPR Mobile™ app, includes a side-by-side comparison and individual pages of each property with a photo, map, and property facts. Learn more about the Buyer  Tour report.

Commercial

The Property Report (commercial) is a comprehensive look at a specific commercial property. It includes detailed property information, tenant data, traffic counts, listing information (when available), and foreclosure activity. The Property Report(commercial) also has tax and deed information and can even include local school ratings and reviews. Learn more about our Commercial Property Report.

The Trade Area Report breaks down an area into tapestry segments based on socioeconomic and demographic characteristics. It displays the tapestry segments in numerical order with #1 being the most dominant. The people within each tapestry segment are defined and their characteristics and habits are explained in great detail. Learn more about our Trade Area Report.

You must have completed a Commercial Site Selection Analysis in order to create a Trade Area Analysis. Click on the Research tab, then select Commercial Site Selection to begin your analysis. Learn more about our Trade Area Analysis report.

Frequently Asked Questions

Click on the links below

On the Property Summary, scroll down to the Property Notes section and click the Upload Photos button, then Browse for Photos.  Select the photo you want to upload. 

Once the photo is uploaded and showing in the Property Notes section, follow the steps below.

– Click the edit icon (pencil).

– Put a checkmark in the circle next to Use for report covers

– Be sure to click Save to update. 

On the Report page, click the plus sign to the far right of the report title. Take the checkmarks out of the boxes next to the items you would like to omit from your report. Hover your cursor over the information i to learn more about the item.

Click the Reports tab and select any report title to be taken to the Reports page, make sure the address or area is showing at the top of the page, then select which report you would like to create. Next, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Email to. Enter the email address or multiple email addresses (separated by commas) in the field provided, then click the Run Report button.

See who you sent a report to and when they last opened the report on the report generation page. Go to the My Reports section, then select View Report Activity from the Report Options drop-down. 

Click the Reports tab and select any report title to be taken to the Reports page. Locate the report you would like to delete in My Reports. Under the report, click the arrow in the menu box, then select Delete Report.

Click the plus sign to the right of the report name to choose the content you would like in your report. Scroll down to the bottom of the content list and put a checkmark in the box next to Suppress estimated value for subject property.

Go to the Property Summary and click Edit under Your Comp Analysis. Make changes, then click the Create Report button. On the Report page, select a report title (click plus sign to customize). Click the Run Report button.

Click the Reports tab and select any report title to be taken to the Reports page. Locate the report you would like to share in My Reports. Under the report, click the arrow in the menu box, then select Post on Facebook.
