How do I run a Neighborhood Search?
Click the Research tab from any page of the website, then select Neighborhood Search from the menu. Enter a neighborhood name, city/state, zip code, or county/state in the search bar. Select Exact, Within, or Nearby from the drop-down menu. Click the search button.

Search Results
The search results display a list of neighborhoods, each showing the neighborhood name, followed by information about the neighborhood. You can sort your list by Name, Median Estimated Value, 12 Month Change, or Listing Median Days in RPR.
Neighborhood Charts
In June 2022 we added charts that contain new categories and metrics and reformatted and improved our original charts. RPR charts are eye-catching, interactive, and responsive.
Data can be drilled down by Property Type to allow an in-depth examination of a market area. One or more charts can be printed to create a report-like PDF.
Transaction-based charts (New Listings, Active Listings, Sold Listings, etc.) are updated at the end of each month and take about a week to complete. See the “Updated” date on the lower right side of a chart to see when it was last updated.
Three or more transactions must occur within a calendar month to generate data for transaction-based charts. If no data appears on a chart or the “Updated” date is not what you expected, try searching within a larger area or select a different Property Type.

Collapse any charts you do not want to print (and expand charts you do), then click the Print link.

In June 2022 we added charts with new categories and metrics and reformatted our original charts. Although the website chart formats do not appear in reports, the data is the same across the website and reports. Our reports will be updated with the new and reformatted reports in a future release.
You can print a report-like PDF of one or more charts and include the PDF in RPR reports via Manage Custom Pages on the Reports page.
