How do I run a search?

You can run a search from the search bar or from the Research tab. Enter a location in the search bar like an address, city/state, zip code, Listing ID, or APN number.

Use the toggle at the beginning of the search bar to choose to search for either residential or commercial properties.

Choose from the visible filters or click More Filters to open all the available filters. Click the search button when finished.

Search Filters

Begin by deciding whether you would like to search for on or off-market listings or public record.

  • Choose For Sale or For Lease if you would like to see on or off-market listings (active, closed, expired, etc). 

  • Choose Public Record if you would like to create mailing labels or to view off-market properties to see deeds, property history, estimated values, and more. 

Closed Date Options

Choose a time-frame of This Month, Last 30 Days, Last 3 Months, Last 12 Months, or enter a custom date range.

Choose one or more property types from Single Family, Condo/Townhouse/Apt, Lot/Land, etc.

Select Any or enter a minimum and/or a maximum in the Price fields to search by dollar amount, price per sq ft, or price per acre.

Search for properties that have a List Price or Closed Price that is below or above the property’s estimated value (RVM or AVM). Enter an area in the search bar, choose For Sale (active and/or closed), open the advanced filters and find the Price section, then choose a percent range(s).

Select Any or enter a minimum and/or a maximum in the Beds fields.

Select Any or enter a minimum and/or a maximum in the Baths fields.

Enter a minimum and/or a maximum in the Living Area field.

Enter a minimum and/or a maximum in the Lot Size fields.  Choose to search by Sq ft or Acres.

Enter a minimum and/or a maximum in the # of Units fields.

Choose if you would like to exclude all distressed properties or include properties that are in Pre-foreclosure, Foreclosure, or Foreclosed.

Distressed Date Options

Choose a time-frame of This Month, Last 30 Days, Last 3 Months, Last 6 Months, Last 12 Months, or enter a custom date range.

Choose  Open Houses ONLY if you only want to see properties that have an Open House scheduled.  Click the calendar to choose a time-frame of Today, Tomorrow, This Saturday, This Sunday, This Weekend, or enter a custom date range.

Click the downward arrow to open the Standard Land Use drop-down menu to select from a comprehensive list.

Search for listings within an MLS, CIE, or listing data provider using our Organization search filter. Select one or more from the drop-down menu – only those that you have access to will show. Learn more about searching within an MLS, CIE, or listing data partner. 

Search by owner name and choose an Occupancy Type of owner occupied or absentee owner.  Separate multiple names with a semicolon.

Enter a minimum and/or maximum year built to search for properties built within a specified time-frame.

Choose to search for properties owned within a specified time-frame.  Select a time-frame of 0-5 years, 5-10 years, 10-15 years, -15-20 years, 20+years.

Add keywords to fine-tune your search results.

Choose to “Include properties with null or blank values on price per and size fields” so properties are not omitted if public record or listing data is missing.

Click the Print link, located at the top right of your search results or Property Summary, to print or save the page as a PDF. You can choose which properties you would like to include by selecting the box next to the address (horizontal view) or within the photo (pane view).

You can search for more than one Listing ID at a time by entering a semicolon between each Listing ID.
