RPR App: July 2023 Release
This release includes much-asked-for additions – Points of Interest, Historical photos, and Directions! Improvements to the Seller’s Net Sheet automatically calculate a loan’s payoff balance. We have also expanded our commercial real estate data. Read on to learn more about the many updates to RPR Mobile™.
RPR Mobile® App
Seller’s Net Sheet Improved
Improvements to the mobile Seller’s Net Sheet allow you to add a loan from an existing RPR mortgage record or manually enter a loan, and the system will automatically calculate the payoff balance.
Access the Seller’s Net Sheet in the Pricing Tools section on the Property Details screen.
POIs (Points of Interest)
Research neighborhood amenities and businesses surrounding your subject property. Interactive map pins can be opened to see each POI’s business name, address, number of employees, sales volume, industry, and building square footage.
Tap POI below the photo(s) on the Property Details screen or in the Location Details section.
Historical (Photos)
See listing photos from previous listings.
Tap Historical below the photo(s) on the Property Details screen.
Schools
View the schools assigned to the property and see school data, including scores, contact info, and driving directions. You can also create a School Report or search for listings within the school attendance zone.

Location Details (Property Details Screen)
The Location Details section on the Property Details screen has been refreshed and reorganized.
