RPR App: Market Trends Charts

RPR Market Trend charts offers insight into the residential trends within a neighborhood, ZIP code, county, or city. Data can be drilled down by Property Type to allow an in-depth examination of a market area. Market Trends charts can be customized and downloaded, copied, or shared directly on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

3 or More Transactions

Three or more transactions must occur within a calendar month to generate chart data.

Smaller Neighborhoods

Smaller neighborhoods may not have three or more transactions for many months, so we limit data to no more than three months back to prevent stale data.

Update Date

Our transaction-based charts are updated at the end of each month and take about a week to complete.

Tap Trends in the navigation bar on your Search page, which is also the landing page after signing into RPR. Search for a neighborhood, ZIP code, county, or city (or choose a My Markets area from auto-suggest).
