Have the answers in your hand while using the RPR Mobile™ app to calculate a buyer’s mortgage payment or a seller’s equity. Read on to learn more about these and other enhancements in this release!

RPR Mobile® App

Mortgage Calculator

Calculate a property’s mortgage payment with our new Mortgage Calculator and create a one-page report to share with your buyers.

  • The calculator includes options for Property Taxes, Home Insurance, and HOA Fees.

  • The system will show a calculation using default data, but all fields can be edited.

  • The new Mortgage Calculator appears on all residential properties regardless of their listing status and is located below the Pricing Tools section.

Equity Calculator

Calculate the equity in your seller’s property and create a one-page report with our new Equity Calculator.

  • The new Equity Calculator is available on the Property Details screen of all residential properties.

  • It can be found above the Mortgage Calculator in the Pricing Tools section.

  • Once calculated, the Estimated Equity amount will show within its tile in the Pricing Tools section.

Partner Integrations

Links to RPR partner integrations that have been available on the website are now offered in the RPR Mobile™ app. Links can be found in the Additional Resources section of the Property Details screen.

Photos - Zoom In

We have added the ability to zoom in on a photo in the landscape view. Pinch and spread your fingers to zoom in to see a property’s features up close.

Pricing Tools

New additions have been added to the Pricing Tools section so all values can be viewed alongside one another when making pricing decisions.

A Refined Value created on the website can now be viewed within the Pricing Tools section on the RPR Mobile™ app.

The Price and RVM/AVM are now included in the Pricing Tools section. The presentation of this tile changes when a Refined Value tile is displayed.
