RPR App: October 2023 Release
This release brings many improvements to Property Details, including new and improved sections and the ability to move your favorites to the top (less scrolling!). We have partnered with two new resources, Rental Beast® – a free tenant screening platform, and Risk Factor™- a tool that assesses property-specific climate risks. RPR Mobile® App
Rental Beast®
RPR has partnered with Rental Beast® – a free tenant screening platform that helps you find the right tenants for your lease listings. Access Rental Beast in the Additional Resources section of any residential For Lease listing.
Email an application link to potential renters or add it to your lease listings posted to social media
Interested applicants click the property-specific link, pay a $36.00 fee, and then fill out a rental application.
Rental Beast® works with the TransUnion credit reporting agency to create a report you can share with the property owner.
Risk Factor™
RPR has partnered with Risk Factor™ – a free tool created by the nonprofit First Street Foundation® to make it easy to understand risks from a changing environment. Risk Factor™ assesses a property’s risk from floods, wildfires, hurricane wind, and extreme heat.
Reorder Sections
Less scrolling – more time! Choose what sections you want to see at the top of the Property Details screen with our new “Reorder” option.
Tap “Reorder” at the bottom of the screen. Tap and hold the six dots to the left of the section name, then drag the section name to the position you want it to display.
Your chosen order will apply to all the properties you view and will remain until you reorder again.
Create a Contact
When emailing a report, an option is now available to add the recipient to your phone contacts.
Agent Info
A new Agent Info section contains agent contact information, brokerage information, and Agent Remarks. On closed listings, the buyer’s agent’s information is also shown. Tap Listing or Buyer’s to toggle between the two agent’s contact information.
Multiple Listings
The Multiple Listings section contains multiple on-market listings and a link to view each listing.
Available Space
The Unit and Suites sections for lease listings have been consolidated into a new “Available Space” section.
This section shows other units within the property that are available for lease.
Tap the newly added Listing ID link to open the listing.
Public Record History
The Public Record History section offers a consolidated view of Deed, Mortgage, Tax, and Distressed historical records on residential and commercial properties.
Residential – Interior and Exterior Features
The Interior and Exterior Features sections now include public records.
We have also removed “Room Details” from the Interior Features section as the information was redundant.
Commercial – Property Features
The data from the Commercial Interior and Exterior Features sections has been consolidated into a new section named Property Features.
We have also added public record data to this new section.
Owner Facts
The Owner Facts section has been redesigned to display the years owned and occupied status prominently.
We have also added the option to add the property owner’s contact information to your phone contacts.
Schools
The Schools section now includes a link to the School Details screen.
Median Estimated Value Chart
We have reformatted the Median Estimated Home Value chart to include the Median Est Value, Last Month Change, and 12 Month Change values.
You can add or subtract chart data for the zip code, city, county, or state.
Commercial – Investment Details
A new Commercial Investment Details section has been added to the Property Details screen.
This new section may contain up to 60 fields of data.
