Set It and Forget It: How One Agent Uses RPR’s Next Gen Reports for Effortless Lead-Gen

Bill McCue, Broker Associate of Sarasota Homes Group with Bright Realty in Florida, is always looking for smarter ways to serve clients—and it shows.
His latest move? Creating a dedicated page on his website featuring clickable, auto-updating neighborhood Market Activity Reports, powered by RPR’s Next Gen Reports.
“RPR is a deep resource for housing data and local market stats. And I recently had a client who was very statistically driven–just couldn’t get enough data! So of course, I turned to RPR, which is perfect for that. Then I sort of stumbled across the “Beta” call out in RPR Reports and thought, ‘Ok, this would be a great resource for our website’”, says Bill. “I clicked in and was blown away by the ability to customize the report itself. And then there’s those auto-updating links! Game changer.”
Each report link Bill adds to his site, SarasotaHomes.com, automatically updates with the latest local market activity every 48 hours—meaning there’s no need to regenerate or re-upload. “Set it and forget it,” he says. “We get asked all the time, ‘What’s happening in the market?’ Now I can point them to real-time data, and the RPR report becomes the backdrop for our market health conversations.”
With RPR, you can make your website a lead-gen machine too
Here’s what the “Latest Sarasota Market Stats” section of the website looks like:
As you can see, Bill includes a page from an RPR Market Trends search as visual support. And asks website readers, “Is it a “Buyer’s Market” or “Seller’s Market” in your area of interest?” A bulleted list of hyper local market data is also listed out, including Average Pricing Trends, Days on Market Trends, Listing Trends and Current Inventory levels.
Then ten local neighborhoods are listed out as single family homes and condos. Each neighborhood is clickable and reveals an updated Market Activity Report that Bill custom made using RPR Next Gen Reports. He even created and placed Custom Pages, in the order he preferred, within each report.
Lead-Gen that provides data and draws in eyeballs
Bill doesn’t require users to enter their email or contact info to access the data. Instead, he sees it as a value-add. “Some people are hesitant to give up their info. I just want to keep them informed. When they’re ready, our team will likely earn the opportunity to work with them.”
The page has only been live for a few months, but it’s already generating buzz. “I had another agent call me up and say, ‘Tell me about this RPR feature—you’ve got auto-updating reports on your website? How do I do that?”
For agents and teams looking to modernize their market presence, RPR’s Next Gen Reports offer a sleek, shareable solution:
- Dynamic links that update every 48 hours
- Custom-branded pages that elevate your brokerage’s image
- Easy integration—even for non-tech types
Bill’s advice to others? “Just jump in and do it. I’m a tech guy, so it was super easy for me. But I don’t think it would be too hard for any agent to implement it. Plus, RPR has a page that shows you how you can do it.”
“Consumers want data—I’m here to give it to them and add value wherever I can.” Well said, Bill!
