AI CMA already works well out of the box. But sometimes you know something the data doesn’t — and this update puts you in the driver’s seat.

Adjust the inputs

Edit property facts, refine comp search criteria, or change the geography from ZIP code to school zone or neighborhood — before AI runs the analysis.

Pick the comps

AI returns up to 25 comps, each scored 0–100. View them as a list or on a map. Compare side-by-side. Add a comp by address. Remove one that doesn’t belong — and watch the AI recalculate instantly.

Choose your pricing strategy

AI recommends a price — but you decide how to position it. Select from Below Market, Fair Market Value, or Above Market. Or enter a custom price. The report builds around your choice, not just the algorithm’s.
