Create Your Own Mailing Labels In RPR: A How-To Video
One of our members’ most frequently requested features is now available in RPR!
REALTORS® can now create mailing labels or export owner information from their RPR search results. These ready-to-print mailing labels will give agents another tool in their RPR toolbox for farming, prospecting or direct mail marketing within custom geographies.
This “how-to” video will show you, step-by-step, how easy it is to create mailing labels within RPR. Also here is our support article on creating Mailing Labels.
You can choose from three standard mailing label formats (Avery 5160, Avery 5161, Avery 5162) or export owner information to a spreadsheet (CSV file) that can be downloaded. This feature uses public records data (no MLS data) licensed from our public records provider, Black Knight, and is available for residential as well as commercial properties.
Each REALTOR® can export up to 2,000 records per month. This count is for each record exported, not unique properties. Export counts are reset on the first day of each month and cannot be reset at any other time.

Why only 2,000 labels max? Impressive technology and great tools to only be limited to 2,000 uses seems hard to believe.

Hi Marcelo – The 2,000 limit is a monthly cap on export or printable records per user. This is because of the data license agreement with Black Knight. Very soon, we will have an opportunity for those REALTORS that need more than 2,000 labels or exports a month to use the BlackNight SiteX Lead Gen product with a 35% discount. Hi Jerry,
RPR is 100% a member benefit, and the cost is covered by your NAR member dues. No additional cost.
Are you able to purchase an upgrade to allow for more than 2000 labels a month?
Hi Ryan, Not from RPR directly. Black Knight, our public records data provider, will provide RPR users a partner discount to the Black Knight’s property analytics product, SiteXPro.com. This will benefit REALTORS who seek advanced searching capabilities and more than 2,000 labels per month. This feature will arrive in August, and be visible by way of a banner on the bottom of the Mailing Labels modal window. We will share more when it’s available.

How do I get the mailing label feature on my RPR,iphone
Hi Paul, Only the website has the “Generate labels” interface.
Who gets the data from tax records? RPR or does the agent go thru tax records to get the data.
Hi Marvin – As the REALTOR you would do the search in RPR, identify the records and then export that data for your use. The video above will walk you through the process.
