Chicago, IL, October 30th – New Mexico MLS, serving 1,150 REALTORS®, has partnered with the Las Cruces Association of REALTORS® to share their on-market listings, reciprocally through RPR® (Realtors Property Resource®).
New Mexico MLS, one of the state’s top three, is the only MLS in the state that provides comprehensive coverage of listing information across the entire region.
The collaboration is a growing trend among MLSs, which aim to increase exposure for broker listings and expand audiences.
“Sharing our active data with our REALTOR® MLS friends, especially those that border our service area, supports all our members and endorses cooperation and teamwork across the service area lines,” states Tabatha Moreau, New Mexico MLS President.
Ron France, RPR’s Vice President of Industry Relations, expressed his excitement about the partnership. He believes that it will have a positive impact on the success of New Mexico MLS members.
“When MLSs collaborate with RPR, it gives REALTORS® access to a broader set of listing data, which they can use to better serve their clients,” said France. “We’re confident RPR will have a positive impact on their members’ success.”
Through RPR View™, REALTORS® access a much larger footprint of listings, including on-market properties, sales, valuations, assessments, deeds, foreclosures and mortgage information, as well as historical data. All of this is available through RPR at no additional cost to the MLS.
