5 Simple Steps for Searching Properties in RPR Commercial

Adjusting to life during the coronavirus crisis is affecting us all. It has also introduced many new “-ings”: “sheltering”, “distancing” and “flattening”. At RPR, we think it’s an opportune time to include “search-ing.”

As in, searching for commercial properties in RPR. Using RPR search is your first step in discovering all that RPR Commercial has to offer. It’s time to look at the glass half full and use this newfound work at home time to get in and discover this incredibly useful function.

Thanks to partnerships with Brevitas and CREXi, as well as agreements with CIEs, CMLSs, MLSs and TotalCommercial.com, REALTORS® can search more than 450,000 listings across the country, which includes non-REALTOR® and REALTOR® represented listings. 55 million off-market properties are also available, so you can gather intel and drill down to prospects and investment opportunities.
It all starts with these 5 easy steps… let’s get started:

2 Select the button Go to Search to access the three basic search types:

  • All Properties
  • For Sale
  • For Lease

3 Depending on your selection enter an address, city, zip, county or neighborhood.

4 To enter additional search attributes, select Advanced.

5 Select the yellow search button to run your search.

What systems does RPRC (“C” for commercial) syndicate with? As a commercial practitioner / managing broker, I’m not seeing the value proposition for this – we have more than 5 systems a typical agent adversities in and the most valuable asset a system can easily obtain is lead generation (like LoopNet, Catalyst, RealNex, or CREXI)? I’m trying to find a reason to use this site but I am concerned that my ignorance to it will prevent an adoption by our group.

The elevator description is that RPR Commercial is a consolidator of both property and community data. We bring commercial listings in from local Catylist CIEs, local MLSs and have national partnerships with Crexi, Brevitas as well as TotalCommercail. We then pair that with nationwide public records, economic/demographic data and consumer profiles (tapestry segments) from ESRI. This allows you to find properties, find potential clients, analyze investments and perform strategic site selections. I’ll email the address you provided as a follow up as well.

It is always good to see alternative CRE platforms to market properties.

How does one access the 55 million off-market properties in RPR Commercial? I only have seen fully listed properties for sale. TY.

Hi Stephen – Check Step #2 above. It looks like you have the radio button set to “For Sale.” Please change to “All Properties.”
